We flew out of Roatan on Feb 25, 2013 and were charged $60 for overweight baggage. Once through security I was paged to return to the checkout counter. It appeared legit that the initial transaction did not go through on my AMEX card. They returned the charge slip and I paid it on my VISA card (theytake the imprint by rubbing a pen lid over the card). To my surprise, both cards were charged andbthis appears to bebmy only recourse. When I think about it, I got the charge slip back, but not the carbon copy. Both charges list Tecnologias Unidas Cortes under the description. Pretty shady for an international airport checkin counter for Sunwing Vacations! I will be contacting them as well!
